Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Zero-Password Architecture

At Instaviews (instaviewspanel.com), user privacy and account security are foundational principles. We operate on a strict Zero-Password Architecture. We will never ask for your Instagram account password, private access tokens, or personal account credentials.

2. Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect only the minimum information necessary to process your transaction and complete delivery:

  • The public Instagram post or Reel link and the number of views you enter in the order form. We save these as soon as you enter them, even if you do not finish your order, so we can help you complete it.
  • The email address you enter at checkout, used for your order, payment link and delivery updates
  • Your country (from your connection) and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, used to spot repeated or fake orders
  • Payment transaction identifiers provided by our secure payment gateway
  • Standard web server technical data (browser type, device type, general geographic region)

3. Data Protection & Payment Security

All communications between your device and our servers are encrypted using modern 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or marketing data brokers. Information is shared strictly with operational vendors necessary to complete payment processing and automated delivery.

5. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which parts of the site help people order. It sets first-party cookies (names starting with _ga) and records pages viewed, buttons used, the type of link entered (Reel or post, never the link itself), the amount chosen, page speed and general region. We do not send your email address or Instagram link to Google Analytics.

Analytics and advertising storage are on by default for all visitors. You can turn them off (or back on) at any time: cookie settings.

6. Your Rights

You may request confirmation of any transaction records or request deletion of order history by contacting our privacy compliance team at support@instaviewspanel.com.
